Landlords take deposits to ensure timely rent payments & cover any damages to the property, we waive this concern by giving your landlord advance rent for the entire 10 months & 1 month of security deposit. Enabling Zero Deposit.
Tenant: 3-4% of Platform fees is added to their monthly rent.
